recently i have purchased the an apple ipod touch 16gb
costs 111 usd including shipping.

i purchased this product from Home - bujay.com - Compare prices for hundreds of top world merchants and save on electronics
i got the EMS courier tracking also EMS:EE879634721CN
they said that the good is already sent to me on friday 25/11/2011

but i told them that till now am unable to track it.

now they replied that

the good get stuck in china customs.
i need to pay 66usd for that.

how it will get stuck in customs.
if so how do i know it.

iam from india.

now they are asking me 66usd fro the delivery.

what to do.

tracking code and say that is it get stuck really in china.

i had attached their registration certificates and the invoice got from them also.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago when I tried to import a laptop to the us. I had to call a privet testing imports from china company that fixed the problem for me..
