Default Automated manifest information required to be submitted electronically (U.S.)


The Cargo Manifest Declaration to be submitted electronically to CBP, contain, have
the following information:
1st The last foreign port from which the ship sails for the United States;
2nd The carrier SCAC code (the unique Standard Carrier Alpha Code
assigned for each carrier, SCAC codes are explained in more detail
below);
3rd The carrier assigned trip number;
4th The date of the ship is expected to come in the first U.S. port in Customs
Area;
5th The numbers and quantities of goods in the airline's ocean bills of exchange-traded
Bills of lading, either master or house, as applicable 5;
6th The name of the first foreign port where the carrier takes possession
The charge determines that the United States;
7th A detailed description (or the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) numbers 6
to the 6-digit level under which the cargo is classified if that information
received from the shipper) of the charge, the weight of the cargo, or for a
sealed container, the shipper's declared description and weight of the
cargo 7;
8th The shipper's complete name and address or identification number, of
all bills of lading 8;
9th The full name and address of the recipient, or the identification
Number, from all bills of lading 9;
10th The vessel name, country of documentation and official vessel number 10;
11th The name of the foreign port where the cargo is laden on board;
12th CFR or IMDG Dangerous Goods Code, if such materials are
delivered (these are code number of different hazardous
Goods by the IMO under the International Maritime Dangerous Goods
Code, or by the U.S. Coast Guard under the provisions of 49 CFR Parts
100-185. For more information, we recommend you to National Contact Points

13th Container numbers (for containerized shipments);
14th The seal numbers for all seals affixed to containers;
15th Date of departure from the foreign port where the cargo was loaded, as

There are two events of particular reference to the above:
A. ship owners and operators, should that under another section of Note
