If the article is used in the manufacture, the manufacturer or processor in the United States to the ultimate purchaser, if the processing of imported products leads to a significant change of the imported article is a good of the United States under the NAFTA Marking Rules (19 CFR Part 102), or a good of the United States under the textile origin rules (19 CFR 102.21), as applicable. What is meant by "land" mean? Country means that the political entity known as a nation. Colonies, possessions, protectorates or outside the borders of the motherland can be as individual countries. What is the country of origin? The country of manufacture, production, or the growth of the article. |
