Default How must the consumer cancel an e-commerce contract in order for it to be effective? (UK-EU)

In order to cancel the consumer must send a notice in writing. This includes fax or e-mail. It is not enough to simply call the supplier. The notification to the supplier or the person who is the supplier to the consumer that layoffs will be sent notification is sent. The date of termination, the date on which the notice was sent. There are a variety of methods by which the message can be sent to: -

(A) The consumer may leave at the address last known to the consumer and the supplier or another person with the name (in this case it is made, as the day on which it was left to be given).

(B) Send it by mail to the address known to the final consumer and the supplier or another person with the name (in this case be taken to have been given on the day on which it was posted).

(C) send it by fax to the fax number last company to the consumer (in this case it is the day on which it is sent, has been taken to be) known.

(D) Send it by e-mail to the corporate e-mail address of the last consumer (in this case is to be careful as to the date on which it is sent may be) known.
