Default information must appear on all Commercial Invoices (Canada)


According to Canada Border Services (CBSA), the following information must appear on all submitted invoices or commercial invoices Canadian Customs (CCI) for the customs clearance of goods imported into Canada.

1st Manufacturer / seller name and address
2nd Date of Direct Shipment to Canada
3rd Reference (order number, order number etc.
4th Name and address of the recipient
5th Name and address of the buyer: CNH Germany GmbH, 1000 71st Street, Saskatoon SK, S7K 3S5, Canada
6th Land of the envelope - N / A
7th Country of origin of goods, it means the country of manufacture. If there are multiple lines with multiple countries of origin, country of origin must be listed on each line.
8th This is usually by truck. There is also a good idea to add the name of the broker CNH words "customs clearance of Frontier Supply Chain Solutions."
9th Sales and payment. In the case of free shipping, enter "no sale". A value must be included on the bill, so the entry can be made in the Canadian territory. The value must be a true value.
10th Currency of settlement (either USD or CAD)
11th Number of packages
12th Description of the goods is, part number, model number and description along with the serial numbers for equipment shipments
13th Amount of each line
14th Price
15th Asking Price
16th Net and gross weight
17th Total bill
18th If additional pages are attached, check this box
19th Exporter name and address if other than the manufacturer or seller
20th Originator name, address and telephone number
