Did the creators of computer code their desired level of safety is maintained, if it pursues copyright protection for their intellectual property? Why?
Copyright protection was and is the creator of computer code. The order can be protected in the lines of code. But the ruling was made in part as a number of important court cases found that the company that the result of the code was not protected by copyright. Therefore imitators could write an other computer code sequence to the same result and the original programmer could not protect the results of their rights to achieve intellectual property. |
