three most important criteria for the expansion of a U.S. patent.
First, the item to be patented be useful, it can be not only a theoretical matter. Second, it must be novel in the sense that they must be original and not something that was the thought, or be done previously. Finally, the invention not obvious to a person skilled in the art to which the object belongs. |
