IT is present for a IMPORTER / receiver, an inspection DURING CUSTOMS FCL / LCL shipments through to surface. ONLY air freight shipments VIA DUBAI AOE only by U.S. without being checked the presence of the recipient. PASSPORT senders to produce copies, LETTER ENTITLING Freight Systems Co. Ltd. (LLC) and CLEAR to receive the shipment and the shipment has finally passed correctly to us.

IT is important to ensure that all documents must "Personal & Household effects only" and not to mention personal EFFECTS. WE need the following:

A. Original bill of lading.

B. DETAILED INVENTORY / packing list in ENGLISH.

C. Copy of the shipper PASSPORT with relevant data

D. INSURANCE POLICY, if at all.

E. WAYBILL contact the sender / shipping information and billing instructions

PLEASE NOTE noted that Customs ARE ALL CDs, videos, laser discs, books for screening purposes and thus, it is important that these elements SEPERARTE IN BOXES AND PACK PLACE PREFERABALLY it toward the opening of the container / shipment. YOU TANNOY ALCOHOL / WINE, because they are seized. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR SCREENING these elements. CUSTOMS are usually those of the agents after a month or two.
