European Union: Are shipping costs included in the initial 'low-value' threshold?
I've read that some tax/duty calculations may include the shipping cost. However it's not clear if the shipping cost is included in the initial 'low-value' criteria. If the package is heavy or shipped via express courier, it would be almost automatic to exceed the 22 Euro limit? --David |
