Default Suggestions to the exporter for faster clearance of your merchandise


1st Include all necessary information about your habits bills.



2nd Prepare your invoices carefully. Give them clear. Leave enough space between the lines. Keep the data in each column.



Third Make sure that your invoices, the information would be included on a well-prepared packing list.



4th Mark and number each package so that it with the appropriate characters and numbers that can be identified on your invoice.



5th Show a detailed description on your bill from any point of the product

included in each package.



6th Mark your goods legibly and clearly the country of origin, if not expressly exempt from country-of-origin labeling requirements are in, and any other labeling required by the labeling laws of the United States.



Exceptions and general labeling rules are detailed in Chapters 29 and 30.



7th Compliance with the provisions of the specific laws of the United States, based on your goods, such as laws may apply in relation to food, medicines, cosmetics, beverages, radioactive materials and others. (See Chapter 33, 34 and 35).



8th Observe the instructions closely with the invoice, packing, marking, labeling, etc., which you by your customers in the United States. He or she probably has made a careful examination of the requirements to be met, when your goods will be reached.



9th Do you work with CBP to develop packing standards for your goods.

11th Consider shipping on a carrier participating in the Automated Manifest System (AMS).



12th If you are a licensed customs broker for your business, you use a company that participates in the Automated Broker Interface (ABI).
