What does a ATA carnet not cover?
Merchandise not covered by the above three categories of goods are not eligible Carnet for the importation into the United States. Furthermore, within these three categories of goods for sale or sale on approval would not be entered on a carnet - it must be a regular Customs entry must be entered. |
