Visitors from countries outside the EU have to be paid is entitled to a refund of VAT on goods they have bought during their stay in the EU, provided the goods produced at the customs office to leave the EU, together with the refund of VAT documents . These documents are usually ready by the dealer from whom the goods were bought, and direct reimbursement by the dealer, rather than made to the customs. In many countries, trading companies act as agents for the dealers. Generally, traders or trading companies charge for this service by making a deduction from the refund. Since the reimbursement scheme is voluntary, travelers should check that the merchant involved in the scheme, before the goods are purchased. Conditions:
