Tariff rates for bottled spring water can be found in Chapter 22 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule to be found. Tax rates vary depending on whether the water contains sugar, and prices are based on the number of liters evaluated. The tax rates range from free to 26 cents per liter. You may wish to consult with an Import Specialist at one of the ports of entry for more information.

Its true that tariff rates apply on the condition of water stuff bit the taxes are also different in different countries then what sort of impact come in that conditions.There we do use international law or some thing different.
