Default Are there any restrictions on the import of radio-controlled toys such as airplanes, ships and cars?

As a general rule, remote-controlled items are subject to radio emission standards of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Import of these products must be of an FCC declaration (FCC 740), confirmed that the imported equipment will be accompanied, in accordance with one of the nine conditions in 47 CFR 2.1204. Goods that will be transferred temporarily for personal use must also import condition. Please also see 16CFR1505
