Default I have been asked to pay a Diplomatic Clearance fee for goods to be delivered to me. Is this a legitimate charge?

No, there is no such thing as a diplomatic clearance fee. If you by a courier service that they provide a transit to you and ask for a "diplomatic clearance" fee before it can be delivered to your home, says pay will be contacted and not send the money. There is no package and you are the target of a scam. Let us, by an official-sounding information they provide, such as air waybill numbers, etc. This is just window dressing to confuse the fraud appear more authentic.
