Default Can a rental truck enter the U.S. from Canada or Mexico to pick up personal property/furniture, etc?

Yes. While being driven commercial vehicles and drivers in the United States must pay a $ 10.75 fee at the border (or pick up a sticker for several trips), rental of vehicles were not covered by the fee if they had been recruited by someone who had and the supply of goods. Commercial vehicles are subject to safety requirements, and CBP fees. Rental cars are eligible for temporary entry, although the driver should take care that can enter the lease of the vehicle in the United States
