Can I import alcohol (beer, wine, whiskey, etc.) in bulk containers, such as barrels?
Spirits in bulk containers with a capacity of more than a gallon can of imported CBP custody only by persons who have a permit by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to so dispose of them or otherwise dispose distilled spirits to be withdrawn in bulk. |
