Default U.S. military / Foreign Military Personnel / NATO Personnel entering the U.S. on U.S. military/NATO Orders / Non-U.S. citizen military


U.S. military in the United States with U.S. military orders from the passport requirement. They are families that are not free, however.



If an alien is a member of the NATO forces in the United States (NATO on military contracts), they are exempt from inspection, including the obligation to show a passport / visa, but are screened to confirm the identity.



enter foreign military in the U.S. to the U.S. military (not to meet on NATO orders) can, are not exempt and must comply with documentation requirements. Members of the foreign military presence in the rule is not issued an Arrival-Departure Record (1-94) on entry to the United States under military orders.



If a 1-94 is required, a non-US citizen member of the military legal entry into the United States (review in the case of the DMV or SSA, they must have a driver's license, etc to get), please either e-mail E-verify @ DHS. gov or call (877) 469-2563.
