You can also use your $ 1,200 in 1000 cigarettes duty-free exemption, but have at least 800 of them in an insular possession (U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam or) have been obtained. Only 200 cigarettes may have been acquired elsewhere. If you have more than 1,000 cigarettes, the others are a flat rate of 1.5% and subject to the levy of the Internal Revenue taxes. |
